The shopping process has been designed to be as straight forward as possible but parts of the www.care-and-comfort.co.uk shopping experience may not be obvious to the first time user.

The shop may be browsed by using the product category menu on the left-hand side of the page, the links will take you to a page where you may view the range of items that can be purchased through the site.

All products supplied by Care & Comfort Products Limited are available to buy in both imperial and metric sizes, just click on either the 'british sizes' or 'euro sizes' button beside each product to view the size options for each product.

Items can be added to your 'shopping basket' by clicking on the buy button for that product, item quantities maybe altered at any time by clicking on the 'view' basket link at the top right of the page. You may continue to shop for Care and Comfort Products by using the continue shopping button found on the basket page or clicking on the category menu on the left of the page..

Items that have been added to the basket can be purchased at any time by clicking on either the 'checkout' link on the top-right of the website or the 'proceed to checkout' button on the basket page.

You will be required to register your personal details and your preferred delivery address during the checkout process this information is encrypted to prevent anybody intecepting the information in transit. Your details will be saved on our system so that you may use them again for any future orders.

Payment will be taken by our payment portal provider 'Protx' this helps to guaranty a completely secure payment process for all of our customers. Order confirmations will be sent upon customers successfully completing payment process.
